By applying the principle no debt collected, no commission, we charge only a success fee commission between 3% and 10% from the amounts recovered (collected directly in the clients’ bank account).

The success fee commissions are negotiated depending on the amount of the debt and complexity of the case. In this way we ensure both cost control and maximizing profits for our clients.

IBS provides complete debt collection services for banking, non-banking and commercial transactions.

Soft collection

We manage to solve more than 80% of all cases at this stage. We provide our Clients with proactive debt recovery using all available methods permissible by law (payment notices, phone calls, meetings with debtors, negotiations, etc) Amicable debt recovery settlement is carried out by properly qualified employees having adequate knowledge and experience in mediation, psychology, law, and modern negotiation methods.

The main advantage of this procedure consists of maintaining amicable relations between clients and their business partners by involvement of IBS acting as a mediator. In addition, the costs of judicial proceedings are avoided, the time needed to solve the issue is considerably less than with the litigation procedure.
In case soft collection does not produce any positive result, we will consider initiation of litigation procedures.

European Payment Order

A situation that proves to be increasingly common amongst professionals refers to debt collection from countries members of the European Union by introducing a European Payment Order. By standardizing procedures and the documentation needed for the European payment order, the costs associated with cross-border litigation are also reduced, creating a procedure that can be used in both civil and commercial law for uncontested debts.

Litigation

The litigation stage, to be previously agreed with the client, will be undertaken only if the amicable procedure does not produce any positive results, the debtor being summoned before Court by means of specific procedures. This action will continue by obtaining legal enforcement.
Legal actions (Payment ordinance, Claim Court action, European Payment Order) shall be taken depending on the material, functional and territorial competence of the Court, in accordance with legal provisions in force.

Business Intelligence

Business Intelligence Services help to check the financial solvency and assets of future contractors or debtors.
Once the information is obtained we can draw up a report including, but not limited to, verification of the legal status of the entity, verification of certain registration data, members, shareholders, stockholders and the number of shares held, management board and number of employees,

Enforcement

We provide our clients with assistance and representation regarding monitoring of the enforcement procedures through our national network of bailiffs, consisting of an enforceable decision, followed by foreclosing the debtor (blocking the debtor’s bank accounts, assets, income to be received from a third party etc.), according to the legal provisions in force.

In this phase, the identification and analysis of the debtor's financial- economic situation is considered.

2. Notifying the debtor

Written Notices of the debtor, as well as telephone contact.

3. Payment arrangements

Draft of payment agreements and their follow-up.

4. Preliminary procedures

Notifications regarding the initiations of the legal collecting procedure, payment summons.

5. Legal procedures

Legal action in Court, or as the case may be, initiation of enforcement or insolvency procedures.
